The spread is suitable for filling pralines and chocolate bars (such as Dubai chocolate), coating cakes and desserts, glazing crumble cookies, filling pastries and doughs, baking rolled pastries and yeast-based treats, filling cream puffs and tarts, and more.
Not suitable for mixing with creams and whipped toppings, as the knafeh may soften.
The spread does not freeze when stored in the freezer.
